We are specialised in filling, gravimetric dosing and heat sealing for vacuum or modified atmosphere packaging. Also, all our machines are made of stainless steel to meet demanding industrial production conditions (clean room, Atex, CGMP standards).<\/p>\n

Moreover, our five-strong design department assists you in the design of your packing line which may combine Bernhardt machines with other makes of equipment.<\/p>\n

Our 20 production lines allow us to produce a wide range of formats.<\/h2>\n

BERNHARDT selects from its wide range of laminated or co-extruded films the most appropriate high barrier multi-layer complex to offer optimal protection of the product to be packaged, whether it is in powder, granulated or liquid form.<\/p>\n

Additionally, all our materials are food contact compliant and are manufactured in the European Union (France, Germany, Italy, Finland and Greece). We also work with pharmacopoeia compliant films and can supply UN-certified packaging.<\/p>\n
